Many years ago (just shy of 400...) a French bloke named Descartes had a crazy idea. He thought to himself: "If it can’t be measured, it’s not worthy of our attention. God likes math. Only math matters." Some people disagreed but Descartes was pretty convincing. As a consequence, SMART goals were born and they ruled.
