How can I pay for the training?

You can securely pay online with your credit card. If you would like to discuss other payment options, contact us.

Will there be tax added to the list price?

No, there will not be tax added to the price listed. Taxes are included.

How will I receive confirmation of my registration and payment?

You will receive a link to the course immediately following the successful completion of payment.
You will also receive a receipt at the email address you provide during the registration process.
If you are purchasing in Canada, your invoice will include tax details.

How do I obtain access to the training?

You will receive a link to the course you have purchased immediately following the successful completion of payment.

How much time do I have to complete the training?

You have one full year to complete the training. Your access will expire after one year from the date of purchase.

What is your refund policy?

You can request a refund at Our online training can be refunded within 7 days of the purchase date provided you have not accessed the online training.

How can I change my password?

On the sign-in page - click the “Forgot Password” link. 
If you’re already signed in - click the “Account” icon in the top right corner of the Student Dashboard page, then select “My Account”. Once on the “Your Profile” page, select “Password” on the left-hand side of the screen. Enter your current password to confirm the change.

You can also contact, and we will update your password for you.

Can I change my site language?

Yes: Sign in to the site and click on the “Account” icon on the top right corner, followed by “My Account”. Once on the “Your Profile” page, scroll down to “Site Language” and select preferred language, then “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.

This will not change the language of course contents but the default text on the website.

Can I go back to previous lessons?

Yes. You have access to all course contents for a full year after your purchase date. You can go back to previous lessons as often as you like, and it will not affect your course progress unless you click “Mark Incomplete.”

Videos aren’t loading. What should I do? 

Refresh page. If the video is still not loading, try clearing the browser cache or logging into the training in a different browser.

If the issue persists, try a different device/internet connection - corporate firewalls can sometimes prevent our training videos from loading.

How do I access my course certificate?

Once you’ve completed all required lessons for a course, you will be issued a training certificate. You can access the certificate from within the course (Click on “Get Your Certificate” under the progress bar on the left).

You can also find it under your account. To do so, go back to your student dashboard and click the “Account” icon in the top right corner of the page, then click “My Account”, once on the “Your Profile” page, select “Certificates” on the left-hand side of the page. From here, you’re able to access and download any of your course certificates from our training.

This will depend on where you need food safety help! If you don't know where to begin, we'll perform a Whole System Gap Assessment to see where your plant is and where it needs to go to meet your goals. Contact us. 

Can you help me? My plant doesn't have a food safety plan at all. 

That's ok! We can help you create a food safety plan from scratch tailored to your needs. Contact us. 

I need help to pass my next audit with BRC/AIB/SQFI/SFC, etc.

We can review your current food safety plan and the state of your plant with a Whole System Gap Assessment. From there, we'll help you rewrite your food safety plan. Contact us.
